Impact of the Colorectal Cancer Cohort – a lighthouse collection at partner Med Uni Graz

The Colorectal Cancer (CRC) cohort is a “lighthouse” collection from the partner Institute of Pathology at Medical University of Graz. It comprises colorectal cancer resection samples in form of histological slides, whole slide images from this stained FFPE tissue sections and a wide range of patient records and outcomes in terms of survival and death rates.

In an interview, two experts from experts highlight the importance of the CRC whole slide image cohort and the innovative results achieved through the use of AI algorithms, taking diagnosis and treatment to a new level.
