Sep 5, 2022: Launch of the Digital Pathology and AI Interaction Platform - in the context of the European Congress of Pathology in Basel
In the context of the EU-funded project BigPicture (www.bigpicture.eu), which aims at creating a central repository of digital pathology slides to boost the development of artificial intelligence, an interaction platform between the scientific experts, regulatory and health authorities for clinical whole slide images and AI is established.
This Digital Pathology and AI Interaction Platform will be launched in the context of the Congress of the European Society of Pathology (ECP).
Main co-organizer of this event and speaker is BBMRI.at director Kurt Zatloukal (Med Uni Graz), who co-leads BigPicture work package 5 "Regulatory framework for digital slides and AI-based methods" . He gives a presentation on "Challenges and requirements for clinical slides".
