5th award for SPIDIA4P project
SPIDIA4P project receives 5th award:
Standards+Innovation Awards 2021
The EU Horizon 2020 project SPIDIAP received another award: the Standards+Innovation Awards 2021. CEN president Vincent LAFLÈCHE "virtually" handed it over to SPIDIA4P coordinator Dr. Uwe Oelmueller during the life-streamed ceremony on 5 Oct 2021.
BBMRI.at partner Med Uni Graz was a member of SPIDIA4P and was leading the WP3 on communication and dissemination and the generation of two pre-analytical standards: ISO 20166-4 FFPE tissue - in situ detection techniques and CEN/TS 17626 human specimens for - microbiome DNA pre-examination processes.
For SPIDIA4P, which has just reached its project end, this is the 5th award in addition to
- 2016: DIN 2nd Award for Use of new standards
- 2017: DIN Golden Needle Award for Dr. Uwe Oelmueller
- 2019: „Standards + Innovation Award Technical Body
- 2019: SPIDIA4P chosen by the EU as one of 3 success stories and published on EU Standardization Fact Sheet link
