Launch event of Exposome Austria – the national hub of the new EIRENE Research Infrastructure

Exposome Austria is the national research consortium of the European Infrastructure ESFRI-EIRENE (Environmental Exposure Assessment in Europe).

At the beginning of the this year Exposome Austria started its activities. It is coordinated by the University of Vienna (Faculty of Chemistry) and includes scientists from inside the University of Vienna, the Medical University of Vienna, the Medical University of Innsbruck and the Federal Environment Agency.

 

BBMRI.at is a strategic partner of Exposome Austria and will take part in the launch event. Kurt Zatloukal will talk about the “Influence of research infrastructures on the innovation landscape” together with the ESFRI delegate from the Austrian ministry BMBWF and an expert from Harvard Medical School.

The official kick off will take place on 31 May 2022 in Vienna.
