Call for Transnational Cancer Research Services – Apply Now
Under the canSERV Open Call, researchers can apply for free access to a wide range of services supporting all stages of cancer research – from basic science to clinical translation. BBMRI.at is a partner in the canSERV project.
Researchers in and outside the EU can now apply for free of charge access to cutting-edge oncology services through the canSERV Open Call for Transnational Service Provision. The call aims to support projects along the entire cancer research pipeline—from basic discovery to clinical application. BBMRI.at members are partners in the canSERV Consortium.
Researchers may apply for several services
The canSERV Consortium invites to its Open Call and offering transnational access to a diverse portfolio of services that address the broad spectrum of oncology research needs. Offered services include:
· Disease models
· Advanced technologies for personalised oncology
· Biomarkers research development and validation
· New therapeutic solutions
· Accelerated translation into personalised oncology clinical practice
· Open digital research services
· Access to human samples and data
· Clinical trials and design
· Ethical, legal and socio-economic dimensions
· Training.
The indicative overall budget for this call is EUR 1.5 million.

canSERV is an EU-funded project under the Horizon Europe program that provides cutting edge, interdisciplinary and customized oncology services across the entire cancer continuum. The aim is to offer a comprehensive portfolio of oncology-related research services available to all scientists in EU member countries, associated countries and beyond.
