Um mehr \u00fcber diesen Effekt herauszufinden, charakterisierten Forscher*innen der Med Uni Graz die Transkriptome von nicht-b\u00f6sartigen Leberproben, die zu verschiedenen Zeitpunkten der warmen und kalten Isch\u00e4mie gewonnen wurden, und fanden mehrere dysregulierte Gene.<\/p>\n<p>Die Autor*innen, darunter auch Kurt Zatloukal, der &#8218;Gr\u00fcnder&#8216; von BBMRI.at, kamen zu dem Schluss, dass die Heterogenit\u00e4t zwischen den Proben verschiedener Patient*innen auf die unterschiedlichen Grunderkrankungen und die unterschiedlichen Stressreaktionen der Proben in der pr\u00e4analytischen Phase zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren ist.
