Die Teilnehmer wurden nach dem Zufallsprinzip ausgew\u00e4hlt, um den Ausgangsgesundheitszustand zu erfassen und in einem prospektiven Studiendesign longitudinale Ver\u00e4nderungen zu untersuchen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<pre><strong>Die Kohorte verfolgt folgende Ziele<\/strong>:<\/pre>\n<ul>\n<li>Erhebung belastbarer epidemiologischer Daten zum Gesundheitszustand der Salzburger participants aged 50\u201360 years (baseline) underwent deep phenotyping<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\nWithin this population group, participants were randomly selected from the register of residents to assess
